Saturday Night Dinner and Dance

A buffet-style dinner will be served at 6:30 pm with a dance to follow, concluding at 10:30 pm. The dance will be held in the same room as the conference. The buffet dinner will consist of mixed green salad with 2 fat-free dressing choices, poached salmon with horseradish non-fat mayo dressing with dill, glazed half chicken breast with orange and ginger sauce, steamed seasonal vegetables, and fat-free sorbet. Following the dinner and during the dance, fresh fruit and cheese trays will be served along with a cash bar.
